IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FRAUD AND IMPERSONATION

Message Date: January 1, 2025

At Family Driving School, we care about the safety and trust of our students. We have been notified that there are individuals using fake Facebook and WhatsApp accounts and pretending to be us to request online payments and steal personal information. They are falsely claiming that you can obtain a driver’s license simply by paying online—this is untrue and illegal in Texas. We want to clarify:

  • We do not request online payments in advance.
  • All our charges are made exclusively through the official channels and payment methods that we directly inform you about at our school or on our legitimate website.

Possible False Claims by Impostors

  • “Exclusive” promotions and discounts that require immediate online payment.
  • Offers of “guaranteed lessons” or “immediate results” in exchange for electronic deposits.
  • Claims that you can obtain a driver’s license just by making an online payment (this is false and illegal in Texas).

What Can You Do to Protect Yourself?

  • Be wary of suspicious messages or unverified accounts.
  • If you receive a message that appears to come from Family Driving School but asks for online payments, do not share your information or send any money.
  • Always verify official channels.
  • Make sure to communicate only through our official phone numbers or the contact form on our legitimate website.
  • Confirm any offer or promotion directly with us.
  • Before making a decision, verify the authenticity of the promotion by calling our contact number or visiting our location.

Contact us if you suspect fraud.

If you notice unusual activity or suspicious messages, report it immediately so we can take action.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Family Driving School at 713-485-6906 or visit us in person.
